Big Night isn’t just a party—it’s one of our biggest events of the year that fills in any gaps in the school's budget and helps fund the programs that make Waters feel like Waters. Funds raised during Big Night impact students every day, from lunch and recess supervision to clubs, sports, and enrichment opportunities. Plus, our Give From the Heart this year will be a special one: launching a school band!
Join fellow Waters parents, caregivers, and supporters for an unforgettable adults-only evening of great food, drinks, music, and connection. Every ticket sold directly supports the students, teachers, and daily experiences that make our school community so special.
Attending Big Night supports student programming at Waters, but the cost of the ticket largely covers just the event and any teacher tickets. Ticket prices increase as the event approaches, so we encourage purchasing early!*

Big Night is one of the largest fundraisers hosted by Friends of Waters, raising critical supplemental funding that helps our school thrive beyond district resources. Shop the Auction
Our auction team has been hard at work connecting with small businesses and local families to find awesome auction items for you to bid on. Auctions will close during the event, so be sure to keep an eye out on your favorite items and experiences! |
NEW: Split-the-Pot Raffle
This year we will be offering a Split the Pot raffle, an exciting new way to donate to the school and potentially win it big!! Tickets start at $10, but the more you buy, the less you spend per ticket!

Give from the Heart
For this year’s Give from the Heart, we are excited to share plans to expand Fine & Performing Arts by launching a school band. The vision is to begin by offering instrumental instruction during the school day starting with the 4th grade class, with additional after-school opportunities available to a broader range of students as the program grows. This approach allows us to build the program gradually while creating space for growth in future years.
The estimated initial cost for starter instruments is just over $10,000, but anything more will only help grow the band! We are exploring sponsorship opportunities for local businesses that may wish to fund specific instruments or sections of the band. If you are in contact with any, please let us know so we can connect them with the school!
