Do you have a fundraising idea for Waters?
Step 1: Contact the Fundraising Co-Chairs at [email protected]
The fundraising team can help determine if your idea is a school-wide initiative or a classroom fundraiser.
Step 2: Determine if fundraiser is for current year or wishlist
The fundraising team can help you determine if your idea can move forward this year or add to our wishlist for another year.
Step 3: Get Approval
If the fundraising idea can take place in the current school year, the fundraising team will need to review against the CPS Fundraising Guidelines and get approval from the principal, LSC and WatersToday board.
Step 4: Set Dates
Once approval is received, the fundraiser's start date and end date will need to be determined.
Step 5: Spread the word
Once all the details are in place, we can spread the word to our community through Green Notes. Providing this information to the communications team is essential to the success of the fundraiser!
