Welcome to the 2022-23 school year!
For those of you not familiar, the Circle of Help is a volunteer community aid organization that assists Waters Elementary School families who need support. Working in conjunction with Waters Today, Waters administration and staff, this program aims to help alleviate the stress of financial hardship on students and their family members, so that students can focus on their education. Throughout the school year we offer confidential assistance with items and services such as:

- Emergency food, clothing, diapers, and household items
- Lice treatment kits
- School supplies
- Literacy and academic enrichment
- Scholarships for camps and before/after-school programs
- Field trip assistance
- Any additional items identified by teachers, staff or school administrators
