Big Night Planning Meeting
Thursday, January 18 – Gideon Welles 8:00 p.m.
It’s that time of year when we start planning our biggest fundraiser of the year. Our annual Big Night Gala is on May 5, so get ready for a fun fiesta because this year it will be a Cinco De Mayo themed party! Also, get your sitters in place as this is an adult only party (for real, you don’t want to be scrambling for a sitter at the last minute). The big event will take place at the Dank Haus.
In order to make this event a success, we need a lot of support and volunteers. The greatest part is you can choose how involved you want to be and any volunteer position, (big or small) makes a huge impact and helps to raise money that goes directly to Waters. If you are interested in learning what all the fun is about, please come out to Gideon Welles, 4500 N Lincoln Ave. on Thursday, January 18 at 8:00 p.m. to find out how you can help. There are plenty of committees you can join including (but not limited to): the online auction, the Waters Block Project, Food and Drink Committee, Party Committee, Decorations, Thank You Committee, Little Big Night, Communications and more.
